Persistent pain on the bike is a signal worth listening to — not something to ride through.

A bit of fatigue after a hard effort is normal. Persistent, repeatable discomfort in a specific spot — a knee, your lower back, your hands — usually isn't. It's information about how your body and your bike are interacting.

Most contact-point and joint discomfort has a mechanical component that a thoughtful fit can improve. But not all of it does. That's exactly why this app screens for warning signs first and is willing to say 'this needs a human'.

The goal isn't to toughen up. It's to ride comfortably for as long as you want to.
