When to see a fitter, a physio, or a doctor
Some problems are outside what any app should handle. Here's how to tell.
See a professional bike fitter for structural issues (like leg-length differences), stubborn problems that survive sensible adjustments, or when you simply want expert hands-on help.
See a physiotherapist when discomfort is present off the bike, or when it's clearly about your body's capacity rather than the bike.
See a doctor promptly for pain after a crash, severe or worsening pain, night pain, persistent numbness (especially perineal), or any circulation or nerve warning signs. This app will stop and tell you when it sees these patterns.
