“UCI-legal” is not the same as a fit result

Race rules constrain where parts can go. They do not establish an individual mechanical target.

Governing-body rules such as UCI constraints on saddle position and bar dimensions define a regulatory boundary for sanctioned competition.

They are not a fitting recommendation or an individual geometry calculation. A recorded setup may comply with a rule while differing from the reference band selected for a mechanical comparison.
